Great photo, Jams. What a lovely creature. I was out in the countryside last weekend, and enjoyed meeting some very big spiders in the bathroom and garden. Hard to get this close to them without a camera, though!

My camera has a macro function, but I've not yet taken the time to learn how to use it. Tch!

it's worth checking out Stan. This one was taken with a Digital SLR, dedicated macro lens and a specialist flash though
